Nekoda Bear Media offers a variety of services ranging from full wedding coverage to short promotional videos to logo design.

Please note: All large events such as weddings, quinceaneras and large parties will have a non-refundable deposit of $200. This is included in the overall price. All large events require an in person or virtual meeting to see if we are a good fit!

    Elopement

    4 hours of photo coverage with access to a digital album of approximately 100-200 edited photos. For additional travel, coverage or second photographer see below.

  • Water Lily

    $1500

    Small Wedding

    6 hours of coverage, shooting itinerary, access to full online digital album of approximately 300 photos. For additional travel, coverage or second photographer see below.

  • Holly

    $2000

    Medium Wedding

    8 hours of coverage, shooting itinerary, access to full online digital album of approximately 400-500 photos & physical photo album. For additional travel, coverage or second photographer see below.

  • Marigold

    $3500

    Large Wedding

    Engagement session months prior to wedding, 10 hours of coverage, access to full online digital album of 600-800 edited photos, physical photo album, second photographer & one large framed/canvas print of your choice. For additional travel and coverage see below.

  • Snow Drop

    $3000

    Quinceanera

    8 hours of coverage day of event. Coverage includes: Pictures of Quinceanera with damas, chambelanes & family before the start of the event, pictures of all dances & events, second photographer. Individual pictures up to 2 months in advanced but no later than 2 weeks prior to event. Access to full online digital album of edited photos, 1 large framed picture to be displayed at event and final album of event. Please see below for additional travel and add ons.

  • Travel & Add Ons

    Travel: There is no additional charge for 80 miles outside of Grand Rapids, Michigan or Wooster, Ohio. Any further is $2 per mile.

    If it is a destination wedding or out of the state of Michigan or Ohio a meeting to discuss accommodations & additional travel fees is mandatory.

    Add Ons: If additional hours of coverage are needed it is $100 for every additional hour.

    Second Photographers: If a second photographer is requested to cover any event it is an additional $350

Family/Senior/Maternity

$350

1.5-2 hours of coverage. Location of your choosing or photographer’s. Plus up to 3 outfit changes.

Please see travel section for travel costs. Studio rental not included and if a studio is needed the price will vary.

Headshots

Starting at $150

1 hour of coverage with 2 outfit changes. If a studio is required you will only be required there will be a $50 upcharge.

Boudoir

$400

2 hours of coverage and studio rental is included in price. Plus multiple outfit changes.

Events

Pricing will vary depending on location, size and coverage of event. Please see the booking tab and let us know about your event!

Video & Graphic Services

Pricing is dependant on what graphic or video work you are looking for. Wedding Videography will be priced higher than promotional Videography.

Graphic Design work (such as logos) is hourly at $25.

Motion Graphic work is hourly at $35.

Miscellaneous/Stylized

If you are looking for something specific or a little different than what is listed such as: Car photography, cosplay photography, stylized shoot, etc. Please reach out! We are always looking to dabble into something new and different
